中药内外合治膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis With Internal and External Therapies in Chinese Medicine

目的:观察中药内外合治对膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将62例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,对照组予布洛芬缓释胶囊口服,治疗组予中药口服和熏洗,两组治疗6周观察疗效。结果:两组治疗前后自身对比及治疗后对比,ISOA评分均有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为87.1%,对照组总有效率为51.6%,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:中药内外合治对膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效较好。

Objective：To observe clinical therapeutic effect on Knee Osteoarthritis with internal and external therapies in Chinese medicine. Methods：62 cases of Knee Osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups. 31 cases in the control group were treated with Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules,31 cases in the therapy group were treated with internal and external therapies in Chinese medicine. Observe the curative effect after 6 weeks. Results：The effective rate was 87. 1% in the treatment group and 51. 6% in the control group. There was a insignificant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：The treatment with internal and external therapies in Chinese medicine has a good effect on Knee Osteoarthritis.
