中药口服加灌肠治疗宫颈癌急性放射性直肠炎的临床观察

Clinical Study on Treatment of Chinese Medicine by Oral and Enema on Acute Radiation Proctitis of Cervical Cancer

目的:观察中药口服加灌肠治疗宫颈癌急性放射性直肠炎的疗效。方法:将42例宫颈癌急性放射性直肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各21例,治疗组采用中药口服加灌肠治疗,对照组采用复方普鲁卡因灌肠液灌肠治疗,观察两组总体疗效和症状评分。结果:治疗组总有效率(95.2%)高于对照组(76.2%),(P<0.05);且治疗组在改善症状总评分方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药口服加灌肠治疗宫颈癌急性放射性直肠炎疗效显著。

Objective：To observe effect of treatment of Chinese medicine by oral and enema on acute radiation proctitis of cervical cancer. Methods：42 patients of acute radiation proctitis were divided into treatment group and control group in random with 21cases in each group. In treatment group,patients got the treatment of Chinese medicine by oral and enema,while in control group,patients got the treatment of enema with compound prescription Procaine sausage fluid. Observing the total effect and the scoring of symptoms was done to both groups after the treatment. Results：The total effective rate （ 95. 2% ） in treatment group is superior to that in control group （ 76. 2% ） ,（ P 0. 05） ; So is the total scoring of symptoms between the two groups（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion：The treatment of Chinese medicine by oral and enema has a good effect for acute radiation proctitis of cervical cancer.
