狗舌草总黄酮对L_(1210)细胞的体外作用研究

Effects of the Total Flavonoids from Tephroseris kirilowii Turcz. Holub On the L_(1210) cells in vitro

目的:研究狗舌草总黄酮对L1210细胞体外生长和细胞周期的影响。方法:用细胞计数法绘制细胞生长曲线,用细胞平均倍增时间(mPDT)检测L1210细胞增殖速度,台盼蓝拒染率测定细胞存活率,流式细胞术分析细胞周期。结果:狗舌草总黄酮能抑制L1210细胞生长且呈浓度依赖性,对L1210细胞的增殖具有显著抑制作用。S期细胞数目显著增加,并引起S-G2阻滞,从而阻断细胞周期的正常发展。结论:狗舌草总黄酮对L1210细胞体外生长、增殖有抑制作用,对细胞周期有阻滞作用,显示一定的抗肿瘤活性。

The Effects of the total flavonoids（ TF） from Tephroseris kirilowii Turcz. Holub on the growth of L1210 cells in vitro were studied through the methods of growth curve drawed by the cell caculating,the growing rate of the L1210 cells examinited by mPDT,the rate of the cell life detected by the resist-dye rate of trypan blue,and the cell cycle analysed by the flow cytometry. The results showed that the TF inhibit the growing activity of L1210 cells and the inhibition rate had a positive interrelationship with TF concentration,and the cell proliferation was inhibited significantly. The TF can increases the amount of S phase L1210 cell greatly and blockes the cell of S phase to the G2 phase so that it hindered the evolution of cell cycle. It concluded that the TF from Tephroseris kirilowii Turcz. Holub has certain effects to the growing and proliferation of L1210 cells in vitro,also inhibits the cell cycle.
