摘要
目的:以去势大鼠为研究对象,通过观察骨组织形态学的变化以探讨针灸对骨质疏松症的干预机制。方法:将40只Wister大鼠随机分为4组,即假手术组,模型组,针刺组,艾灸组。造模后,针刺组和艾灸组每日进行相应处理。各组大鼠在造模3个月后进行骨组织形态学实验。结果:去势大鼠针刺及艾灸治疗后,骨小梁面积和活性成骨细胞表面均有增高,活性破骨表面下降,单标记表面、双标记表面、标记间距离、类骨质表面、矿化骨表面、矿化沉积率、纠正矿化沉积率均显著下降。类骨质宽度无明显改变,矿化延迟时间有显著延长。结论:针刺及艾灸对去势后大鼠的骨组织形态学指标有良性调整作用。
Objective:To observe the variety of the bone morphological metrology of the ovariectomized rats and explore the therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods:Forty Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups:sham operation group,model group,acupuncture group and moxibustion group. After the model was established. ,the rats in acupuncture and moxibustion group were given the corresponding intervene for 3 month. Results:The Tb. Ar,A. F. Pm,MLT of the acupuncture and moxibustion group were increased than the model group's,The A. R. Pm,sL. Pm,dL. Pm,dL. Wi,O. Pm,M. Pm,MAR,Aj. MAR of the acupuncture and moxibustion group were significantly lower than that in control group,and O. Wi wasn't obvious difference among the groups. Conclusion:The acupuncture and moxibustion could optimum regulate the bone morphological metrology of the ovariectomized rats.
