高职金融专业人才的实践培养模式关系到优质金融人才的培养质量,对于培养适应社会主义市场经济发展要求,面向国际化、高素质的金融人才具有重要意义。本文针对金融行业对人才的需求状况,深入探讨了改革传统的金融人才培养教学模式,建立有高职特色的,符合社会需求的全新的金融实践教学模式。

The training mode of cultivating talents of higher financial professionals is related to the cultivating quality of high-quality financial talents,and has important significance to cultivate the financial talents that adapting to the development of the socialist market economy requirements,facing internationalization and high-quality.According to the demand condition of the financial industry to talented person＇s,this paper discussed the teaching mode of the reform of the traditional financial talents training to establish the new financial practice teaching mode which has higher vocational characteristic and adapt to social demand.
