浅谈变电站电缆沟施工方法

Construction Method of Substation Cable Trench

电缆沟是电网系统中变电站、开关站的重要建筑工程,如果提高电缆沟施工质量,采用清水混凝土施工工艺,使得电缆沟侧壁平整;在电缆沟上沿外侧倒圆角,使得沟沿顺直,倒角圆润;对电缆沟盖板进行优化设计,在电缆沟转角及交叉处设置钢梁、电缆沟过水部位设置堵头过水槽,消除电缆沟异型盖板;使用饰面盖板,盖板带有标识或文字,标示清晰、美观。电缆沟则会成为变电站工程中的一个亮点。

The cable channel is the important works of substation,switching station in the power system.If improve the quality of the cable channel construction,using exposed concrete construction technique to make wall of cable smooth;inverting round angle in the cable trench along outside to make the cable straight and chamfer round;optimizing the design of the cable trench cover and seting steel beams in the cable trench corner and intersection,and seting the over sink plug in the cable water area to eliminate cable channel abnormal shape cover;using decorative cover with a logo or text,whose sign is clear and beautiful,the cable channel will become a bright spot of the substation project.
