摘要
鉴于目前国内没有清水混凝土施工可参考的现行造价资料,给项目的投资控制和计价控制工作带来一定的难度。本文根据上海毓秀学校项目,对清水混凝土施工工艺要求及计价控制做一个分析介绍。
In view of that there is no the current cost material can be reference of exposed concrete at our country,which caused some difficulties for investment control and valuation control of projects.According to Shanghai Yuxiu school project,this paper did an analysis and introduction on the requirement of exposed concrete construction technology and pricing control.
