摘要
人力资源管理在企业经营管理实践和推动企业发展两方面发挥了举足轻重的作用。本文提出基于"五力模型"的人力资源管理思想探讨企业等组织的人力资源管理活动,同时探讨人力资源管理中的"二八理论"和"长尾理论"现象,来提高人力资源管理活动的功效。
Human resource management played a pivotal role in the practices of business management and the promotion of enterprise development.This paper,based on the human resource management concept of "five-force model",we will explore the human resource management activities of organizations like enterprises,meanwhile,we will explore the phenomenon of the "two-eight theory" and the "long tail theory " in the human resource management,in order to improve the efficiency of human resource management.
