摘要
作为构建企业竞争力的有效手段,组织能力的三大支柱分别是员工能力,员工思维模式和员上治理方式,本文从这三大支柱出发,进行了对组建加强企业竞争力的人力资源管理模式的思考。
As an effective means of the enterprises' competitiveness building,organizational capacity has the three dimensions are employee competence,employee mindset and employee governance.Based on the three dimensions,the paper is discussing about the human resources management system to improve the enterprises' competitiveness.
