摘要
知识经济的兴起,预示着以科学技术为核心的综合国力的竞争登上了国际竞争大舞台,而这种竞争实质上是知识的竞争、人才的竞争。在我国,人力资源的数量优势与质量劣势是同时存在的。为迎接知识经济的挑战就必须把培养人才作为当务之急随着经济的发展,社会的进步,国际化日益加强,企业要在经济浪潮中得以更好的生存就不得不提升自身在激烈竞争的市场中的竞争力,而要在激烈竞争中独占鳌头,一个最重要的因素就是要拥有能提升企业核心竞争力的关键因素——人才,所以对企业来说要怎么样有战略性的留在人才是至关重要的。
The raise of knowledge economy indicated that the competition of the national power based on technology get up the national competitive stage,and in fact this competition is for the knowledge and the person of abilities.In my country,the advantage of the amount of HR and the disadvantage of the quality are existing together.To meet the challenge of the economy of knowledge,we should treat bringing up the person of abilities as the first part in the time.Our firm had to improve their own competiveness,and if they want to be the fist in the industry,they should possess the key factor—talents,so the most important is to keep talents.
