本文针对高校横向科研中存在的问题,运用平衡计分卡理论构建了高校横向科研绩效评价体系,制定了相应的战略实施计划和战略地图,旨在提升高校横向科研综合实力。

According to the problems of transverse research in universities,this paper established the performance evaluation system of transverse research based on the balanced scorecard theory,and formulated a strategic implementation plan and strategic map,in order to enhance the universties＇ overall transverse research ability.
