摘要
采用ANSYS对整体式减速器箱体进行了有限元模态分析。运用SolidWorks建立了箱体的几何模型并导入ANSYS软件,在网格划分时兼顾考虑了分析精度和效率,得到了较好的有限元分析模型。最后利用BlockLanczos方法计算并分析了减速器箱体的前十阶固有频率和振型。模态分析结果对产品的故障诊断和设计改进具有基础研究价值。
This paper uses ANSYS to do the finite element modal analysis to the overall reducer box and uses SolidWorks to set up geometry mode of the box guiding into ANSYS software and considering both accuracy and efficiency when meshing,to get a better finite element analysis model,finally,using Block Lanczos method to analyze the top ten natural frequencies and mode of vibration of reducer box.Modal analysis results have basic research value for fault diagnosis and design improvement of products.
