Exploration on Function Orientation and Work Art of University Counselors in the New Period

随着社会变革,辅导员工作职能发生了巨大变化,本文提出辅导员工作思想政治教育和引导、教育日常管理、学生实践能力和综合素质的拓展、学生利益传达四类职能,并提出公开透明的信息渠道、团队理论、主动性引导、工作程序手册化四种工作方法四种有效工作方法。

As society changes,functions of counselors are also undergoing significant changes.This paper proposes four functions of counselors including ideological and political education and guidance,daily management of education,developing students practical ability and quality,to convey the interests of students and four effective methods of work including open and transparent channels of information,team theory,initiative guidance,manual of procedures.
