大学生就业形势日趋严峻,高校在大学生就业工作方面的压力越来越大。本文从高校视角分析了当前大学生就业难的原因,并从深化教育教学改革、提高就业指导的实效性、创新就业服务手段、大力开展创业教育等四个方面,对高校如何应对当前大学生的就业问题进行了探讨。

The employment situation of graduates is worsening and the pressure of colleges and universities is increasing.This paper analyzed the reasons of the difficulties in employment of students from the perspective of universities and colleges and discussed the current employment from deepening educational reform,improving the effectiveness of career guidance,innovating means of employment services and vigorously carrying out entrepreneurship education.
