摘要
以学生为主体的外语教学要求尊重学生的人格,了解他们已有的知识和技能水平,重视他们的兴趣爱好、个性特点、生活经历和学习方法和需要;与此同时,教师以其外语知识、教学理论和经验方面的权威,在课堂教学中发挥着主导作用。因此,师生应该分享有关教学内容和形式的决定权,以提高课堂教学效果。
Student-oriented foreign language teaching requires to respect students'personalities,to understand their existing knowledge and skills and value their hobbies,personality characteristics,life experiences and learning styles and needs.At the same time,teachers play a leading role in the classroom based on their authority on foreign language knowledge,teaching theory and experiences.Thus,teachers and students should share the right of decision-making on the teaching content and form to improve classroom teaching effect.
