Student-oriented foreign language teaching requires to respect students＇personalities,to understand their existing knowledge and skills and value their hobbies,personality characteristics,life experiences and learning styles and needs.At the same time,teachers play a leading role in the classroom based on their authority on foreign language knowledge,teaching theory and experiences.Thus,teachers and students should share the right of decision-making on the teaching content and form to improve classroom teaching effect.
