试论我国反家庭暴力立法的缺失与完善

Discussion on Deficiencies and Improving Measures for the Constitution of Anti-domestic Violence Law in China

家庭暴力在世界范围内都是较为普遍存在的社会问题。近年来,中国反家庭暴力立法工作正逐步深入和加强,但在实施过程中仍然出现诸多问题亟待解决与完善。本文分析了我国反家庭暴力立法现状及不足,进而结合我国国情提出完善反家庭暴力立法的具体建议。

Family Violence is a universal social problem around the world.In recent years,the work of Chinese constitution of anti-domestic violence law is strengthening gradually,but in the process of it＇s implementing still appear many problems that need to be perfected urgently and solved.The paper analyses status of our country＇s anti-domestic violence law,and puts forward suggestions of improving anti-domestic violence law combining with China＇s national conditions.
