分析了综合保障工程的内涵,提出了从统一思想认识、配备、培训综合保障人员、落实保障资源研制费用、建立综合保障管理机构和制订综合保障法规、标准等五方面建立试验装备综合保障实施机制问题。

This paper analyzes the content of integrated security project and proposes to establish testing equipment comprehensive security mechanism from five aspects,unifying thinking,equipment,training support personnel,implementing costs of support resources,establishing integrated security management agencies,and developing integrated security regulations and standards.
