摘要
采用分子印迹技术,以马尿酸为模板分子,在水相中制备其印迹聚合物。用于液相色谱固定相,结果表明,该聚合物固定相表现出良好的分离选择性,能够使马尿酸与和其结构相似的苯甲酸及咖啡酸快速基线分离。并通过平衡吸附法分析了印迹聚合物的识别特性,结果表明分子印迹聚合物对马尿酸有特异性吸附。
Molecular imprinted technology were used to prepare molecularly imprinted polymer in the aqueous phase useing hippuric acid as the imprinted molecule.And then the hppuric acid MIP is used liquid chromatogra-phy stationary phase,and the results of experiments showed that the stationary phase has a good selective and speration with structural analogues,and which can carry out baseline separation with benzoic acid and caffeic acid.The hppuric acid MIP show a well Specifically adsorption effect to the template Molecule by the analysis of equilibrium adsorption method.
