摘要 利用液相单循环气液相平衡釜,测定了298.15、303.15、308.15、313.15 K下一氯甲烷-异丁烯-异戊二烯三元体系的常压气液平衡数据。选用Aspen plus模拟软件的Data Regression运行模式对该体系Wilson,Nrtl和Uniquac方程的模型参数进行了回归。回归结果反过来用于气液平衡的数学模型。结果表明,用3个方程计算的模拟结果与实验数据的平均误差都不大于2%,该结果可为相关研究及工业设计提供帮助。 Vapor-liquid equilibrium data for methane chloride-isobutylene-isoprene ternary system were measured at 298.15、303.15、308.15 and 313.15K by phase equilibrium apparatus in which liquid circulates.The data were used to recover the parameters of the Wilson,Nrtl and Uniquac models.The data regression of Aspen plus was adopted to simulate the vapor-liquid equilibrium of the methane chloride-isobutylene-isoprene.The results showed that the average error of experimental data and the simulation results with three equations was no more than 2%,it was helpful for the related research and industrial design.
