摘要
本文介绍了分光光度法测定L-天冬氨酸锰中锰含量的方法,L-天冬氨酸锰首先在浓H2SO4-H2O2体系中消化,然后在H3PO4-KIO4的氧化体系中,于526nm处测定吸光度。在2.0~20μg·mL^-1线性范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为:A=39.77162C-0.00475,相关系数r=0.99999,样品平均回收率为99.7%,标准偏差0.14%。
A method for the determination of manganese in manganese L-aspartate by spectrophotometry was established.At first,manganese L-aspartate was digested in sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide system.Then determine the absorbance at 526 nm in H3PO4-KIO4 oxidation system.Within the range of 2.0 to 20μg·mL^-1,it had the best linear correlation between concentration and absorbance.The linear equation was expressed as following: A=39.77162C-0.00475,and the correlation coefficient r was 0.99999.The average recovery ratio was 99.7% and the RSD was 0.14%.
