摘要
以市场为导向、以素质培养为目标、以实用、够用为原则,将《护理礼仪》的教学内容调整组合后划分为4个模块,根据每个模块的特点,进行相应的教学(情景演练法、参观见习法、角色扮演法等)和考评(礼仪表演、小组演讲、调查报告等),突出护理礼仪的实践性,强化学练结合,训练为主,取得了较好的教学效果。经问卷调查、访谈和网络教学测评评价,受到护生的一致好评;已到临床实习的护生受到医院及病人的肯定。
Module teaching method highlights practice and emphasizes on linkage between learning and exercise.Nursing Etiquette was divided into four modules in light of quality nurture.Teaching and examination were carried out according to the character of each module.The effects of teaching were evaluated by table analysis,interview and network assessment.The module teaching was highly spoken of by nursing students,and the feedbacks from doctors and patients were positive.
