老年性耳聋患者声信息治疗的效果观察及护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察声信息治疗老年性耳聋患者的临床效果,总结护理要点。方法选择老年性耳聋患者67例(103耳),按就诊先后排序随机分为两组。观察组(声信息治疗组)34例,在常规改善微循环、营养耳神经等药物治疗的基础上采用声信息治疗;对照组33例,仅采用常规改善微循环、营养耳神经等药物处理,治疗时间均为10 d。比较两组治疗前、后的耳聋及耳鸣程度,以纯音测听结果为准。结果观察组治疗老年性耳聋患者与对照组相比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规改善微循环、营养耳神经等药物治疗的基础上,采用声信息治疗能提高老年性耳聋患者的疗效。护理要点:治疗中观察头痛、呕吐、头晕、耳鸣等不良反应,酌情调整治疗方案。让患者有意识地使用患耳听各种声音,以减少遗忘性废用的发生。
