摘要
目的评价中国期刊全文数据库核心期刊中肿瘤护理实验类文献的研究质量,以期为提高肿瘤护理科研设计水平及文献撰写质量提供参考。方法通过中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),计算机结合手工检索1998—2009年发表在其核心期刊中有关肿瘤护理实验类研究文献,根据Cochrane协作网资料库中对随机对照试验类文献判定标准进行分类,采用改良的随机对照试验和类实验文献评价标准进行严格评分并分析。结果12年来,中国期刊全文数据库核心期刊中,符合纳入标准的实验类文献,共检出87篇。实验类文献平均分值与年度间的线性关系有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理科研设计和文献撰写质量不断改善,但仍然存在一些较突出的问题。其中,随机对照试验文献45篇,存在的主要问题是:(1)未评估样本量;(2)未描述样本流失或描述不详;(3)未介绍是否遵循盲法。类实验文献42篇,存在的主要问题是:(1)缺乏干预措施的不良反应评估;(2)未描述样本流失或描述不详。结论我国肿瘤护理科研设计水平和文献撰写质量逐年得到改善,整体水平不断提高,但仍存在一些问题,尤其是随机对照试验文献,整体质量有待进一步提高。
Objective To improve the level of research and paper writing of oncology nursing through critically evaluating the quality of experimental study of documents about oncology nursing in the core periodicals of CNKI.Methods Literature retrieval was performed on CNKI to gain documents which published in the core journals during 1998-2009.Documents were classified by the standard of the RCTs according to the database of Cochrane corporative network and critically graded and analyzed by improved criterion of RCTs and QEs.Results In recent 12 years,87 papers were retrieved in the core journals.There was statistical significance of average score of research documents and annual linear relationship(P0.01).Though the level of the nursing research has been improved,there were still some prominent problems.In 45 RCTs,the main problems were: ⑴without estimating sample content;⑵having not described loss of sample or not described specifically;⑶having or not followed the blind method.In 42 QEs,problems were: ⑴having not described assessment method which owing to intervention measures causes adverse reactions or side effects;⑵having not described loss of sample or not described specifically.Conclusion The level of the research design and the quality of literature writing in oncology nursing have been improving greatly.The overall level is better than before,but there are still some problems in the experimental design and writing,especially RCTs,and the quality still needs to be improved.
