呼吸训练对肝脏MRI检查图像质量的影响

Influence of Respiratory Training on the Imaging Quality of Liver MRI

目的探讨早期介入呼吸训练对肝脏MRI检查图像质量的影响。方法将281例行肝脏MRI检查患者随机分为训练组141例、对照组140例,两组患者在检查当日采用相同的呼吸训练和常规护理,训练组在此基础上,在检查前2～3 d对受检者进行呼吸控制情况评估,并根据呼吸控制情况介入不同的呼吸训练。对两组的MRI检查图像质量和检查时间进行比较。结果与对照组比较,训练组患者MRI检查图像质量较好,检查时间较短,差异均有统计学意义。结论早期介入呼吸训练可缩短肝脏MRI检查患者的检查时间,提高图像质量,对提高病变检出率及定性诊断的准确率有较大的实际意义。

Objective To explore the influence of early respiratory training on the imaging quality of liver MRI.Methods 281 patients undergoing liver MRI were randomly divided into training group（n=141） and control group（n=140）.All the patients received the same respiratory training and routine nursing on the day of examination.Those in the training group received the assessment over their respiratory control 2～3 days before MRI examination and then pertinent respiratory training according to the assessment.The imaging quality of MRI and the duration were compared between the two groups.Results Compared to the control group,the quality of the training group was significantly better,and the MRI duration significantly shorter.Conclusion Early respiratory training can shorten the MRI examination duration,improve the image quality and increase the lesion detection rate and accuracy of diagnosis.
