摘要
总结2009年1—11月56例行全机器人不开胸心脏手术患者的护理。给患者进行术前宣教,讲解机器人手术的优越性:不需开胸、创口微小、整个手术过程是在闭合的胸腔内进行、出血少,向他们介绍成功的病例并鼓励其与术后病友交流,增强自信心与安全感;术前要求患者戒烟,指导其经常做深呼吸、有效咳嗽,进行肺功能锻炼;术后重点做好呼吸系统护理,雾化完毕后即协助患者深呼吸,进行有效咳嗽训练、吹水瓶训练;鼓励患者早下地活动,促进肺功能的恢复;做好切口护理及康复训练。本组患者伤口均一级愈合,住院后痊愈出院。
This paper is to summarize the nursing of 56 patients with totally robotic heart surgery without sternotomy from January to November,2009.The advantages of totally robotic operation is illustrated before operation such as without sternotomy,few bleeding.Successful cases are introduced to strengthen patients’ confidence and sense of security.Patients are required to give up smoking and breathe deeply to exercise the function of lung under guide.Nursing of respiratory system should be attached great importance.Deep breathing is promoted after atomization inhalation to conduct effective cough.Other methods were applied to help patients to recover their lungs’ function.Rehabilitation training and wound nursing are necessary for patients.All the patients were all with A1 wound healing before they discharged.
