摘要
高管变更的有效性是公司治理机制有效性的一个重要方面。已有研究从企业业绩、内部治理机制、外部治理机制、高管特征等视角出发,对这一问题进行了研究,取得了丰富的研究成果。这些文献为我们更好地理解公司治理的作用机制,从而积极提高我国的公司治理水平具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文对这些文献进行了梳理,以期为我国学术界在这一领域的研究提供参考。
The effectiveness of the top management turnover is an important aspect of corporate governance mechanism. Researches from the performance, internal governance mechanism, external governance meehanism, to study this problem, and the results obtained rich. These documents for us to understand the corporate governance mechanism better, thus actively enhance China's corporate governance level having important theoretical value and practical significance. This paper reviews the literatures, so as to provide a reference for the research field.
