Survivin在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of Survivin in Human Colorectal Cancer Tissue and its Clinical Significance

目的探讨凋亡抑制因子Survivin在结直肠癌组织中的表达及与各临床病理因素之间的关系。方法应用RT-PCR方法检测58例结直肠癌组织及其邻近正常结直肠组织中Survivin基因的表达,回顾性分析其与诸多临床病理因素间的关系。结果 Survivin基因在58例结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为67.2%,而在癌旁正常组织中均不表达,二者比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。在癌组织中,Survivin的表达与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、部位及组织分化程度无明显相关性(P>0.05),但与Dukes分期及有无淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 Srvivin基因在结直肠癌组织中高表达,并与病理分期、有无淋巴结转移等恶性临床病理特征有密切相关性,提示Srvivin在结直肠癌的发生、发展及预后中发挥重要作用。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of survivin and the clinicopathologic parameters in colorectal cancer and evaluate its significance in predicating the prognosis. Methods The expression of survivin in 58 human colorectal cancer tissues and the corresponding normal colorectal tissues was detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）. And the correlation between expression of survivin and the clinicopathological features was retrospectively analyzed. Results The positive rate of srvivin expression in 58 human colorectal cancer tissues was 67.2%. However, no expression of survivin gene was detected in the corresponding normal colorectal tissues. There was no significant correlation between survivin expression and age, sex , tumor size, tumor location and differentiation grade（P〉0.05）, but had significant relationship with Dukes stage and lymphnode metastases（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Survivin had high positive expression rate in colorectal cancer tissue. It suggested that survivin gene may play an important role in the occurrence, progression and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
