摘要
本文通过马丁肉汤培养基和改良马丁液体培养基发酵禽多杀性巴氏杆菌(G190E40株)的比较以及改变发酵过程中通气量的大小、方式等发酵参数,寻找获得菌液菌数最高的发酵模式;通过对马丁肉汤培养基和改良马丁液体培养基发酵时间和菌数的关系,确定最适宜的收获时间,从而提高细菌冻干存活率。试验证明:使用改良马丁液体培养基、先静止后逐渐增大通气量的发酵效果最好,发酵时间大约在8h左右时菌液菌数最高。
Based on the comparison with fermentation of Avian Pasteurella Muhocida (G190E40 s train)between Martin Agar medium and modified liquid Martin Agar medium,and change of ventilation, method and other parameter in fermentation,this paper is to find the fermentation mode which can get the highest number of bacteria.Determine the most suitable harvest time and improve the survival rate of bacteria during being freeze through the comparison with fermentation time and bacterial number between Martin Agar medium and modified liquid Martin Agar medium.Experimental results showed that it would get the highest number of bacteria when using the modified liquid Martin Agar medium,the method of increasing ventilation after stewing and fermentation for about 8 hours.
