构建终身教育体系视野中的电大新使命——江苏电大的实践与思考

The New Mission of RTVU in the Perspective of Constructing Life-long Learning System:Practice and Reflection of Jiangsu RTVU

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》已经把构建体系完备的终身教育列为战略目标。江苏电大对构建终身教育体系作出了历史性贡献,面临新的经济社会发展环境,电大在构建终身教育体系中所面临新的使命是:明确在构建终身教育体系中的战略定位;积极服务经济发展方式的转变;主动参与创建学习型组织和社区教育;积极参与城乡发展一体化建设;努力创建开放大学。

The construction of a completed life-long learning system has been set as one of the strategic goal in the Outline of National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development.Having made historic contribution in building the life-long learning system,the Jiangsu RTVU now is facing new environment of social and economic development,and a new mission in constructing the life-long learning system,which includes： identifying the strategic position of RTVU in the construction of life-long learning system,actively transferring to the mode of serving economic development;actively participating in creating learning organizations and community education,actively taking part in urban and rural intergraded development,and constructing open university.
