复合氧化工艺对医用钛合金耐蚀性和耐磨性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用阳极氧化和热氧化相结合的复合氧化工艺对医用钛合金进行氧化处理,研究了氧化液的组成和热氧化温度对钛合金氧化膜表面形貌,耐蚀性和耐磨性能的影响。实验结果表明,复合氧化工艺可以提高钛合金表面的耐蚀性能和弹性模量,改善了钛合金的耐磨损性能。 Complex oxidation,which composed by anodic oxidation and thermal oxidation,was carried out on biomedical titanium alloys. Effects of solution composition and thermal oxidation temperature on the surface morphology,corrosion and wear resistance of oxide films of the alloy were investigated. The results showed that the corrosion resistance and elastic modulus of biomedical titanium alloys were improved by this complex process. The wear resistance of titanium alloys was enhanced.
