曲美他嗪对急性心肌梗死PCI患者左心室舒张功能的影响 被引量：4

摘要 急性心肌梗死（AMI）是在世界范围内致死、致残的主要疾病之一,发生日渐增多,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）能恢复正常冠脉灌注并遏制心肌进一步损伤[1]。本研究主要探讨急性心肌梗死直接PCI术后应用曲美他嗪对左心室舒张功能的影响，通过优化心肌能量代谢，保护缺血心肌，改善心肌功能，以期为冠心病临床治疗提供理论支持。
