摘要
采用三种不同方法对TiO_2粉末进行改性,制得蒙脱土/TiO_2、Ag/TiO_2和SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2催化剂。以亚甲基水蓝溶液的脱色率为指标,采用XRD、SEM和XPS等手段分析考察了3种改性催化剂的活性及抗无机离子的干扰能力。结果显示,三种改性光催化剂在溶液中的活性顺序为:蒙脱土/TiO_2>SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2>Ag/TiO_2>TiO_2。其中,蒙脱土/TiO_2活性提高最大,在温度30℃和催化剂用量1.0 g·L^(-1)条件下,1 h内使5.0 mg·L^(-1)的亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色率迭90%以上,Ag/TiO_2的抗无机离子干扰能力最强。
Montmorillonite ( MMT )/TiO2, three different methods and characterized by was used as the probe reaction to assess the Ag/TiO2 and SO42--/TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared with XRD, SEM and XPS. Decoloration of methylene blue solution activity and tolerance to interference of inorganic ions. Photo- catalytic activity of the catalysts for degradation of methylene blue solution declined as follows: MMT/ Ti02 〉 SO2-/TiO2 〉 Ag/TiO2 〉 TiO2. Methylene blue decoloration rate of over 90% was attained over MMT/TiO2 under methylene blue initial concentration of 5.0 mg · L- 1, catalyst dosage of 1.0 ·g L- 1, temperature of 30 ℃ and illumination time of 1 h. Ag/TiO2 exhibited the strongest tolerance to inorganic ions.
