北宋时期是阵法与阵图研究较多的时期,当时,朝野上下、文武官员都非常关注阵法与阵图创制与研究。仁宗朝是北宋阵法与阵图研究的高峰时期,但实际作战中却收效甚微。文章对当时的阵法使用以及阵图在这一时期的创制应用进行研究,试图对北宋中期阵法、阵图研究繁盛,却无法转化为实际战斗力等问题进行探讨。

In the Northern Song Dynasty especially the reign of Emperor Renzong,the tactical deployment of troops and system of battle formations were attached so great importance that either officials or the people energetically engaged themselves in the study even without any perceptible effect in battlefields.The paper focuses on their application as well as the formulation,attempting to penetrate into the reason why the fighting capacity can＇t be enhanced with such a profound research concerned in the middle of the Song Dynasty.
