摘要
目的:探讨对孕妇行个体化心理干预的临床价值。方法:选取2009年5月~2010年5月在本院建卡直至分娩的孕妇共220名,将其随机分为观察组、对照组各110例;观察组孕妇行常规处理,待规律宫缩后,由助产士针对孕妇的心理进行干预。对照组按常规处理。观察两组的分娩差异。结果:观察组的孕妇会阴侧切率低、剖宫产率低、新生儿窒息率低、产时出血少、产程短(P<0.05)。结论:普及孕妇学校培训的同时,进行个体化心理干预对孕妇分娩有良好的促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the maternal line of the individual clinical value of psychological intervention. Methods: From May 2009 to May 2010 until the cards in our hospital a total of 220 pregnant women giving birth were randomly divided into two groups, control group of 110 cases; the observation group received conventional treatment of pregnant women until the laws of contractions after midwives for pregnant women by the psychological intervention. The control group according to conventional treatment. Observed differences between the two groups of deliveries. Results: The group of pregnant women, low episiotomy, cesarean section rate, neonatal asphyxia rate of delivery, less bleeding, shorter production process (P0.05). Conclusion: The popularity of the training school while pregnant, for individual psychological intervention for pregnant women, a good role in promoting childbirth.
