摘要
目的:探讨使用肱骨近端锁定钢板(locking proxima lhumeralplate,LPHP)治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法:对33例肱骨近端骨折老年患者采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定。结果:所有患者均获随访,随访时间为10～39个月,骨折愈合良好,按照Neer评分标准进行评价,优25例,良7例,可1例。结论:肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折临床效果良好。
Objective： To investigate the effect of the senile proximal humerus fractures with a locking proximal humerus plate. Methods： 33 comminuted fractures of proximal humerus of the older were used with a locking proxima humerus plate in all patients. Results： All the cases had been followed up for 10 to 39 months. Satisfactory results were obtained with Neer′s score, excellent in 25 cases, good in 7 cases and fair in 1 case. Conclusion： The good clinical effect is satisfactory in the treatment of senile comminuted proximal humerus fracture with locking proximal humerus plate.
