摘要
心钠素对新生儿的生理作用是通过排钠利尿,消除过多体液,实现胎儿向新生儿转变。胎盘输血的生理作用为扩张心房,刺激心钠素大量分泌,充分发挥心钠素的转化作用。防止心钠素作用受到肾素、醛固酮、抗利尿激素的拮抗、降调;同时增加全身各个组织器官的血液灌注,使胎儿期不发挥功能的组织器官开始发挥充分的功能。过早结扎脐带可造成新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征等多种新生儿疾病的发生,并且极可能是目前成人原发性高血压、2型糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化等多种疾病流行的原因。
The function of placental transfusion is dilating the neonatal atria,stimulating the atria secreting a large number of atrial natriuretic peptide（ANP）, excreting overflowed and harmful fluids which inhibit activities of organs carried from fetus, and increase blood perfusion of all organs and tissues which have less blood perfusion in fetus, transiting aquatic fetus which have no or less activities of organs and tissues into terrestrial neonate which have more activities of organs and tissues. Early cord clamping not only increase the incidence of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, et al. But also cause the pandemic of hypertension, atherosclerosis, 2 type of diabetes, et al.
