本文通过对农村土地流转中的金融需求变化状况进行深入研究,分析新形势下金融支持农村土地流转的制度安排,探索构建一个具有多样化、多层次、差异化金融产品提供能力的农村金融供给制度——中国特色的农地金融制度。

By deep research on changes of rural financial demand after rural land circulation,this paper attempts to explore the institution arrangement of financial support to rural land circulation in new situation,and build up a rural financial supply-demand system which is able to provide diversified,multi-layered,and differential financial products,the rural land financial system with Chinese characteristics.
