健脾益肾活血降浊法治疗慢性肾衰竭30例临床观察

Clinical observation of Chinese crude drug for invigorating the spleen,tonifying kidney,promoting blood flow and descending the turbid on the treatment of chronic renal failure

目的观察健脾益肾活血降浊法治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法将60例CRF患者随机分为2组,在常规治疗基础上,治疗组30例加用健脾益肾活血降浊中药治疗,对照组30例口服包醛氧淀粉酶胶囊治疗,2组疗程均为3个月。观察2组治疗前后临床疗效,血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、磷(P)及血红蛋白(Hb)指标变化。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后血清Cr、BUN及P均较本组治疗前下降(P<0.05),Hb较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清Cr、BUN及P低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05),Hb高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论应用健脾益肾活血降浊法治疗CRF,能改善CRF肾功能指标,有效保护肾功能,防止肾衰竭。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese crude drug for invigorating the spleen, tonifying kidney, promoting blood flow and descending the turbid on the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods 60 cases of chronic renal failure （CRF） were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group were treated by Chinese crude drug for invigorating the spleen, tonifying kidney, promoting blood flow and descending the turbid. Patients in control group were treated by coated aldehyde oxystarch capsule. The course was two months in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （P0.05）. Cr, BUN and P in serum after treatment was decreased in two groups （P0.05）. Hb was increased. Cr, BUN and P in serum in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment （P0.05）.Conclusion Chinese crude drug for invigorating the spleen, tonifying kidney, promoting blood flow and descending the turbid can improve renal function indexes, protect renal function, and prevent renal failure.
