复方天地水颗粒对老年性高血压患者肾保护作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨复方天地水颗粒对老年性高血压患者肾保护作用。方法采用随机对照方法 ,将符合标准的270例患者分为2组,治疗组口服复方天地水颗粒和氯沙坦,对照组单服氯沙坦,观察8周。在治疗前后分别检测患者血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)、尿微量白蛋白(mALB)等肾功能指标及血浆内皮素(ET)、血清一氧化氮(NO)等指标。结果治疗组降压总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率87.7%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组在降低SBP及DBP方面明显优于对照组(P均<0.05),治疗组在降低BUN、Cr、mALB、ET水平和升高NO水平方面亦明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论复方天地水颗粒可保护靶器官功能,对老年性高血压患者具有多重性肾保护作用。 Objective It is to explore the kidney protecting function of Compound Recipe Tiansdishui Granules(CRTG) in patients with senile hypertension.Methods 270 cases of patients who accorded with the standard were randomly divided into 2 groups with random-control method.The treatment group was given CRTG and Losartan,and the control group was only given Losartan.The observation lasted for 8 weeks.Kidney indexes such as serum BUN,Cr,mALB and plasma ET serum NO before and after treatment were determined.Results The total effective rate of anti-hypertension in treatment group was 95.5% and in control group was 87.7%.Compared with each other,the difference was significant(P0.05).The effects of treatment group were better than those of control group in lowing down SBP,DBP,BUN,Cr,mALB,ET and in increasing NO(P0.05).Conclusion CRTG can protect the function of target organ,so it has compound kidney protection for the patients with senile hypertension.
