山西省国土资源数据中心建设探讨

Construction of Land and Resources Data Center of Shanxi Province

在分析了部和其它先进省、市数据中心建设的背景及建设目标的基础上,利用计算机技术、网络技术、数据库技术和GIS技术,探讨构建了山西省国土资源厅数据中心框架,并根据数据现状建立了国土资源管理综合数据库,实现了数据的共享和服务。在此基础上,开发出结构完整、功能齐全、技术先进国土资源数据管理系统,形成了完善的国土资源信息化体系。

Based on analyzing the data center construction background and goal of the Ministry and other provincial and municipal departments,this paper discusses how to use the techniques of the computer,network, database and GIS to construct the data center for Shanxi provincial department of land and resources. The comprehensive database of land and resources management is also established according to the present data status,and the data sharing and services are realized.On this basis,we have developed structurally complete and technically advanced land and resources data management system with full functions,and established perfect informatization system of land and resources.
