Modification of Guilin Liby sulfonation plant

简要介绍了桂林立白1.6 t/h磺化装置改造前的使用情况,并对原装置进行优化设计和合理改造,使装置整体水平得到提高。通过对磺化装置改造前后磺酸产量、原料消耗及能源消耗的比较,显现了桂林立白1.6 t/h磺化装置扩产改造的必要性和意义。

This paper introduced briefly the general use of the sulfonation plant（1.6 t / h） before modification in Guilin Liby Company.We improved the overall running level of the device by optimizing the original design and making some reasonable reforms.The increasing efficiency at total output of sulfonic acid,raw material consumption and energy consumption showed that this retrofit in Guilin Liby Company is necessary and significant.
