摘要
教学水平评估实践的鉴定功能导向,使新建本科院校常常将主要精力放在应付专家考察上。往往因时间的仓促而达不到以评促建的目的。因此,"以评促建、以评促改、以评促管、评建结合、重在建设"的落实就取决于自我评估。因上下级缺乏共识、二级单位缺乏主动性、自评指标不尽合理、评估客体缺乏问题意识、自评机制不完善,制约了自评阶段建设重任的有效落实。委托代理理论认为,统一思想、清楚认识、明确思路,自评指标体系设置体现诊断功能,重视自我评估、有计划有步骤地开展工作,完善自评机制,落实奖惩措施,才能抓住自评的建设契机。
The teaching evaluation practice makes newly-upgraded universities place the main energy in dealing with the experts’inspection.The goal cannot be satisfactorily achieved due to the limited time and the misleading by the institutions.What’s more,the conclusion of the inspection fails to reorganize the corrections made late.There-fore,emphasis should be put on the well-planned self-evaluation.Based on principal-agent theory,the paper proposes that unified thought,the clear understanding,the explicit mentality and the set of index system will realize the diagnostic function.Only by stressing self-evaluation can we grasp the building opportunity of self-evaluation.
