基于重点建设平台的高校学术团队建设探讨

在高等教育中重点建设平台是高校核心竞争力的体现,人才队伍建设是重点建设平台的根本,学术团队建设是人才队伍建设的核心。创新学术团队已经成为承载交叉和纵深方向的重大科研课题和项目的主力军。高校应通过重点培养和引进高水平人才、加强重点平台建设来凝聚国内外优秀科研力量,建立高层次研究人才队伍,实现跨越式发展。在阐述学术团队建设的必要性的基础上,提出建立创新型学术团队的思路并进行了深入探讨。

Constructing main platforms in higher education is a kind of embodiment of core competitiveness between colleges and universities.Furthermore,building talent group is fundamental to main platform construction while establishing academic team is the core of building talent group.So far,innovative academic team has become the main force to bear major scientific researches and projects in crosswise and deep direction.Therefore,through emphasizing on training and bringing in high-level talents,the colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of main platforms to unite excellent research capacity at home and abroad and establish high-level talent group of research in order to realize leap-forward development.Therefore,this article elaborates the necessity of academic team building.On that basis,it puts forward the general idea of establishing innovative academic team and makes further exploration on it.
