高校资产经营公司存在问题与发展探析

On Development and Problems of Asset Management Companies in Universities

通过对高校资产经营公司的发展现状、性质和组织形式的分析,结合西安工程大学资产经营公司发展中存在的问题,为了规范高校科技产业发展,加强资产经营公司的管理地位,提出了高校资产经营公司应该完善机制、确立定位、努力解决发展中存在的问题,加快规范化管理建设,改革高校科技产业"双轨制"管理体制,完善现代企业制度,落实法人治理机制,确立资产公司是"总公司"、顶级"上级公司"的统领地位,夯实科技产业发展的基础,从而实现高校资产经营公司的健康快速发展。

On the basis of the analysis of the current situation,characteristics and organization of asset management companies in universities,and in view of the problems in asset management companies in Xi＇an Polytechnic University,this paper holds that asset management companies in universities should improve its organization,solve the problems in its development and quicken the construction of standardized management.It also holds that the ＂double-track system＂of management in high-tech industries in universities should be reformed,the leading position of the asset management companies as the ＂higher-level companies＂to lay a good foundation the development of high-tech industries and to facilitate the rapid development of asset management companies in universities.
