要提升法科大学生的就业竞争力,高等学校必须调整教育培养策略。教育策略的调整应以法科大学生的就业竞争力的构成为依据,要从大学生对法的价值观、专业知识与技能、职业规划和就业技能、综合素质等方面出发,加强法科大学生职业素质的培养,实施精细化的培养模式,给大学生提供全程化的就业指导与服务。
To enhance the job-hunting competitiveness of university students of law science,institutions of higher education should adjust their education strategy.The adjustment should focus on the students' job-hunting competitiveness.The university students of law science should get professional training from the aspect of the values of the law,professional knowledge and skills,career planning,job-hunting skills and comprehensive quality.They should be provided with career guidance and service all the way.
