利用MeO-TAD空穴注入特性提高有机白光器件的性能

摘要 利用MeO-TAD的空穴注入特性,在阳极ITO与空穴传输层NPBx之间加入空穴注入层MeO-TAD,使其起到空穴注入的作用,NPBx作空穴传输层和蓝光发射层,Rubrene作黄光发射层,BCP作空穴阻挡层,Alq3作为电子传输层,LiF作阴极修饰层制备一组白光器件.通过实验证明MeO-TAD是一种很好的空穴注入材料,但该材料的引入同时导致了器件色度的略微变差,这主要是由于器件中空穴的数量增多所引起的. The white OLEDs were prepared with MeO-TAD as the hole injection layer, NPBx as the hole transport layer and blue light-emitting layer, Rubrene as the yellow light-emitting layer, BCP as the hole-blocking layer, Alq3 as the electron transporting layer and the LiF as the cathode interfacial layer. The results showed the MeO-TAD was the good material for hole injection. And the color-coordinate of the OLEDs became little worse with MeO-TAD, which mainly due to the hole number increased.
