Ag/Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_x复合材料的制备和力学性能研究

摘要 用固相反应法制备了Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox/Ag复合材料,用XRD和SEM检测了材料的成分和相结构.XRD结果表明:Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox/Ag复合材料是由超导相Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox和Ag相组成的,二者在烧结中没有发生化学反应,超导相没有被改变.SEM结果表明:Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox晶粒的结构为片层状,晶粒长大方式为台阶状生长方式,表明了片层状晶粒的形成.Ag良好的金属延展性提高了材料的韧性,Ag添加Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox改善了复合材料的力学性能. The Ag/Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox composite materials were prepared using solid state reaction method. The structure and morphology of samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. XRD results show that Ag/Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox composite materials are composed of the superconducting phase Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox and Ag, both is not a chemical reaction occurs in the sintering. SEM results show that the grain structure of Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox is lamellar. Grain growth mode is stage-like. Ag adding improves the mechanical properties of Ag/Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox composites.
