摘要
为了解决传统的燃油传感器采样电路切换机构长时间浸泡在燃油中,导致切换回路接触电阻增大,燃油传感器采样输出失准的问题,本文对现有的产品结构进行了分析和研究,开发了非接触式磁感应燃油传感器,利用内嵌永久磁铁的浮子控制不同位置舌簧开关实现非接触式切换燃油传感器输出信号,解决了因燃油浸泡导致的燃油传感器失准的缺陷.
Because the current sampling switch of tradition fuel sensor soaks in fuel for long time, the switch circuit contact resistance increases and the sampling output misaligns. In order to solve the above problem, this paper analysis and studies on the structure of current product. The non-contact type magnetic induction fuel sensor is developed. The output signal of non-contact type switch fuel sensor is achieved by permanent magnet embedded in the floater controlling the reed switch of different positions, which solves the defect of fuel sensor misalignment by fuel oil.
