摘要
通过对制约商品房市场的“融资”和“销售”两大渠道进行剖析,提出了“发行地方住房债券”,“减免投向税和土地出让费”,“建立并完善符合我国国情的商品房市场体系”等观点。从而探讨了进一步启动商品房市场,扩大内需的途径。
The paper put forward some viewpionts on 'put on sale local housing bond', 'reducing invest ment tax and land sale fee', 'set up and perfect the system of commercial buildings market' conformed to the actual situation of our country and so on, through analysis for restricting draw on funds and sale of commercial buildings market. and go further into the way of starting commercial buildings market and increasing requirement of people.
