大学生思想政治教育队伍建设的调查与思考

On the Survey and Reflection of the College Students' Ideological and Political Education Staff Construction

思想政治教育课教师、专业任课教师、辅导员及与学生直接打交道的相关职能部门的工作人员,这四支队伍的素质和水平直接关系到大学生思想政治教育的成效。通过问卷调查,分析大学生思想政治教育队伍的现状及存在的问题,进而对加强大学生思想政治教育队伍建设提出相应的措施与对策。

The quality and level of the four teams—Ideological and Political Education teachers,professional teachers,college counselors and staff of functional departments dealing with students directly—is closely related to the effectiveness of ideological and political education.This essay analyzes the cause of the current problems,presents corresponding measures and countermeasure to improve the team building for college students＇ Ideological and Political Education,based on a survey about the current situation and existing problems.
